I finally found a repair company to fix my 2 year old Samsung gas oven!!! If you have a broken Samsung appliance you know this is a issue. The tech was professional & thorough in diagnosing the issue. A part needed to be ordered, but it was a quick turnaround. I absolutely recommend CK Appliance and am happy to support this quality family-run business!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They almost sent my family to the hospital with the repair they did on my gas oven! Yes, the fire department and ambulance showed up at my house after their "repair"!First, customer service was basically non-existance. The scheduler was rude, argumentative, and was not willing to help accommodate my availability. With 8 days available to stay home all day and wait for the repair tech, the ONLY time she would schedule was the 2 hours I had a pre-planned appointment!Second, the did an unauthorized repair so they could pad the bill to my home warranty company. They "kindly" ordered the part to repair my digital clock even though they were never asked to. And this is the repair that caused all the trouble.The authorized repair went fine but when the tech moved my oven away from the wall to repair the clock I never asked to have fixed, he loosened the gas line. After he left I smelled gas and called them back. They refused to come back stating that since they didn't work on the gas line, it wasn't their problem. He even lied and said he smelled gas before he did any repairs. If that was so, why didn't he say anything?? It's because there was NOT an issue before he came here.When I spoke to the owner of the company, it quickly became clear that he didn't know how to fix the problem. He became irrate with me and said he would only come to shut off the gas, not fix the problem. So, that meant calling the fire department!One of the firefighters who came to my house used to be a plumber and stated that whenever a gas oven is moved, the line needs to be reclamped and checked for leaks. The CK tech did not do this.I spent several hours on the phone trying to get another repair company out and finally found someone who could come the next morning. He tested the line and sure enough, it was leaking where the line feeds into the the back of the oven right where the clock repair was done. He told me that you're never supposed to tighten the clamp on this line UNLESS you move the oven out and back because that will automatically loosen the line. Whenever the oven is moved, the clamp is supposed to be tightened AND the line needs to be checked for leaks Something that CK apparently had no idea about!It cost me another $200 out-of-pocket to repair an issue caused by CK Appliance for a repair I didn't even request or authorize! I've reported the incident to my home warranty company. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR GAS REPAIRS!!! They clearly don't know how to do the job right. My family is very lucky that the leak was detected quickly.

I was very happy with their service. They were able to get me a service tech within 12 hours. Brandon was the technician for my repairs; he was very professional and went the extra mile to fix the issue within hours. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. I highly recommend him!

Ck Appliance had a technician at my home within a week. The young man, Brandon, was the epitome of professionalism. He fixed my freezer within an hour, went above and beyond to take care of my home, was pleasant and sociable, and offered exceptional service, explaining my problem and how he would fix it. Could not be more pleased with the service I received.

Been assigned to CK twice from American Home Shield. The tech came to replaced the fan and heat from our fridge was friendly, on time. The second time was Daniel came looked at our washer. He was also nice and professionalism. The person did the scheduling was easy to work with. The tech will call 10 minutes before arrival and they also willing to put on shoe cover which a plus for us. Definitely recommend CK for your repair.
